SUMMIT, NJ – Attend Scotty McMuni’s first-ever Doggy Dip at the Summit Family Aquatic Center on Saturday, September 19th. Members and non-members may bring their small, medium, or large dog to splash around in the leisure pool at various times throughout the morning.
The fee to attend is $10 per dog for all 2015 SFAC members and $15 per dog for non-members. Small dogs (20 lbs. and under) will swim from 9:00 – 9:45 AM, medium dogs (20 lbs. – 50 lbs.) from 10:00 – 10:45 AM, and large dogs (50 lbs. and up) from 11:00 – 11:45 AM.
The SFAC is located at 100 Ashwood Avenue. Event parking will be available on site.
Payment will be processed at check-in (cash, only.) All participants must bring a completed waiver with them. Waivers will also be available at check-in. Participants may begin checking in 30 minutes prior to their dog’s designated swim time.
All dogs must be accompanied by at least one owner who is 18 or older. Dogs must be 6 months of age or older. Dogs must be current on all vaccinations, and have a valid license tag.
Please bring your own doggy bags, toys, and treats. Additional toys and treats may be provided throughout the event. The event will also feature music & entertainment, door prizes, and more.
The 2015 Doggy Dip is hosted by Scotty McMuni, icon of the Summit Municipal Golf Course. All event proceeds will benefit the SFAC Scholarship Fund, assisting Summit families in need with their 2016 SFAC memberships.
