New Eyes for the Needy’s Fabulous Finds Boutique season is coming to an end but going out with a bang! The resale shop is slashing prices at its last sale day of the year on Saturday, June 2nd from 10am to 1pm to clear out its inventory. All proceeds buy new prescription glasses for people living in the United States who cannot afford them.
“Every year our volunteers cut prices to move out merchandise to make room for the jewelry and giftware donations that come into New Eyes during the summer months,” said Jean Gajano, Community Relations Coordinator for New Eyes. “They aim to clear the shop’s cases and shelves so it’s a great opportunity for serious shoppers to find extraordinary deals.”
Indeed, Fabulous Finds is the perfect place for gift-buying on a budget all year round, but for savvy shoppers, nothing compares to the last-day-of-the-season pricing. Customers will find beautiful one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces as well as unique giftware such as crystal bowls, tea sets, wall hangings and other decorative housewares. “Just this week we received a beautiful 10 piece sterling silver vanity set that includes a nail file and buffer, comb, shoe horn and several brushes,” said Pat French, co-chair of the Fabulous Finds giftware committee. “Every piece is in great condition. It’s truly a fabulous find for the customer looking for a special gift for a birthday, communion or graduation, or even to keep for oneself!”
And back by popular demand, Fabulous Finds will be selling designer sunglasses by Chanel, Ray-Ban, Armani and Dolce & Gabbana and other designers for only $20 each.
