Jersey Shore Pirates: Brick, NJ

Liberty State Park

Mountain Creek: Vernon, NJ

These slopes aren't just for skiing! Long after the ski lodges have closed for the winter, Mountain Creek takes advantage of clear mountain water, steep hills, and tons of white-water fun. Spend the day zooming down body slides, exploring canyons in tubes, and testing your daring on high cliff jumps. Rides available for all ages all summer long.

Palisades Interstate Park, New Jersey

Near Astoria, this state park stretches between New Jersey and New York and hosts some of the most picturesque trails in the state. Enjoy a picnic on the Alpine Boat Basis, and then check out the Fort Lee Historic Park or the Kearney House to add a little history to the out-door day.
