BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ - Gabriele Fitness and Performance in Berkeley Heights will be opening a 10,000 square foot "Mega Facility" in June to provide everything this community needs to experience transforming health.

A few highlights of the brand new facility include:

  • 4,000 square foot small group personal training zone to continue the program GFP is known for in the area -- personalized service in a positive safe environment for a fraction of the cost of 1-1 personal training;
  • 2,000 square foot turf field for their Fat Blast Class, a high energy group fitness class that is like no other in the area;
  • Both areas will also help middle school and high school athletes get stronger and faster in the afternoon hours;
  • A cardio and weight training area for members to get additional workouts on their own;
  • A pilates room with multiple reformers for classes;
  • A full service in-house massage therapist;
  • Fascial Stretch Therapy;
  • Cryotherapy by Revivify, who has an additional location in Summit;
  • Men and women's locker rooms with showers and lockers;
  • The GFP Store featuring supplements, GFP clothing line, ready to drink protein shakes, green smoothies, fresh premium coffee and home equipment all sold on premises;
  • The reception area welcoming members and non members to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee or a shake and get charged from the positive energy that this place gives out.

To set the record straight, Gabriele Fitness is NOT a gym only for hardcore fitness buffs -- it's NOT only for athletes -- you DO NOT have to be in shape to start training there. All you have to have is the desire to improve where you are right now, to focus on progress, not perfection.

They specialize in helping adults, usually moms and dads, find their way when it comes to nutrition and exercise.

Their secret: Keep it Simple and tell you exactly what you need to do to have success.

With so much information on fitness and nutrition out there, GFP gets such incredible results through a very specific yet simple formula:

  1. Providing an environment that spills positive energy, not the annoying yelling screaming kind, just the kind that makes people happy, strong  and confident. It keeps you wanting to come back for more;
  2. Their amazing team of trainers, the most professional, fun and educated trainers on the block;
  3. Personalized nutrition and fitness plans that help people lose weight, get tons of energy and help people become healthier as they get older in years.

For the past 9 years, Gabriele Fitness has been transforming lives in the community. Their success has been so great, they teach other personal trainers around the country the ropes of a great fitness experience and how they can get better results with their clients.

 CEO and Owner Vince Gabriele will be speaking at one of the world's largest fitness conventions, the IDEA World conference, this July in Las Vegas.

Although they get the opportunity to teach nationally, their passion is right here in the local communities of Berkeley Heights, New Providence and Summit.

This has spurred them to open this brand new state of the art facility on Industrial Road in Berkeley Heights. The Gabriele Fitness team will be unveiling their brand new facility in June at their Grand Opening.
