BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ - The Garden of Eden Grocery store on Springfield Avenue in Berkeley Heights announced today they are introducing free delivery of groceries within a 10-mile radius of Berkeley Heights when purchases total $50 or more.

“With everyone working longer hours or even two jobs to make ends meet these days, it’s harder than ever to find time to shop for groceries. On top of that, selecting the wholesome items you really want to buy for you and your family can take even longer,” said store general manager Robert Rosa. “While our store is organized to help our customers find what they need quickly, we’re going a step further to help them by offering delivery of groceries at no extra cost. We’re experienced in the catering business, and we know how to run a tight ship when it comes to getting food orders out on the road. Right now we can only take orders by phone or fax, but we’ll be expanding our shopping and delivery experience online,” he added.

Simply call the store (908-665-0011) or fax in an order (908-665-0671) of $50 or more before 6:00pm on weekdays or 4:30pm on weekends, pay up front with a credit card, and Garden of Eden will get your delivery together and bring it to your home or office that same day.

Taxes up, Services down.....At least someone is listening

Do you feel as if you are getting good services from the town for what you pay in property taxes? I don’t, and wanted to thank the one Council person who voted NO on this year’s municipal budget which will increase your taxes by more than 3 percent, exceeding the cap.  Thank you, Susan Poage, for listening to taxpayers.
