HOLMDEL, NJ - Gov. Livingston Cross Country team braved the wind, cold, and rain to run at the New Balance Shore Coaches Invitational at Holmdel Park on Saturday. The girls finished in third place overall and the boys placed fifth in the varsity section D.

Gov. Livingston runners finishing in the top 20:

Varsity Girs: Danielle Petryk finished in 15th place in the 5,000 meter run in 21:15 followed by Angela Bonetti in 19th place in 21:30.

Varsity Boys: Logan Calichman finished in 12th place in the 5,000 meter run in 17:43 followed by Graham Doskoch in 15th place in 17:48. 

JV Girls: Pascal Youssef finished in 11th place in the 5,000 meter run in 22:36.

JV Boys: Carl Heer finished in 12th place in the 5,000 meter run in 19:20 followed by Nick Zambrotta in 14th place in 19:31 and Tim Krick finished in 17th in 19:42.

Freshman Girls: Evelyn Doskoch finished the 2 mile in 14th place in 15:37.72.

GL Cross County teams will travel to New York on Saturday to participate in the Manhattan Invitational at Van Courtland Park in the Bronx.
