Governor Livingston boys took 5th out of 16 teams and the Girls 6th out of 17 teams.

Highlighted Performances

Sophomore Abby Pires broke the school and Union County record in the 100 Breastroke and won the event in an amazing time of 106.29 and Junior Greg Fennell had two third place finishes in the 50 Free and 100 Free Respectively.

Both Abby and Greg Fennell qualified for the Meet of Champions which takes place in March.

Other noteworthy performances included: Junior Captain Conor Quinn posted personal best times in the 100 Butterfly and 100 Breastroke and finished in the top 10 in both events.

Junior Alessandra Felloni had a 6th place finish in the 500 Free.

Senior Captain Bridgette Shallcross had a top 10 finish in the 100 Backstroke with a personal best time and led off the 5th place 200 medley relay. Bridgette also had a personal best in the 200 Individual Medley. Senior Captain Tracey Dugan swam on two fifth place relays, swimming the fly leg on the 200 Medley Relay and swimming a leg on the 200 Free Relay. She also posted a personal best in the 100 backstroke and a near best in the 100 Butterly. Senior Captain Kim Wilson had a solid day in posting a very respectable 1:21 in the 100 Breastroke
