WESTFIELD, NJ - As it winds up its fifth year serving grieving children and their families, Imagine New Jersey is preparing to move into a new home in Mountainside.

The organization, which provides free, year-round grief support for children, families, and communities, has had 435 families participate in its grief support programs. Today, 217 children and adults attend its programs every two weeks and they are supported by some of the 231 adult and teen volunteers who have been trained as support group facilitators.

More than 7,000 adults (coaches, teachers, school nurses, parents and guidance counselors) and youngsters have attended Imagine workshops and presentations. These people seed all of Imagine's communities as caring, empathetic listeners, willing and able to help a grieving child in need.

Imagine will move into its new space during January. The new space will allow Imagine to double the number of children and families it serves every two weeks, increase its programs and trainings, and expand Imagine's outreach into more and varied communities.

The future is one of hope and possibilities, but Imagine needs help from others to fulfill its vision. Now more than ever, Imagine needs support. As readers consider their year-end giving, please consider supporting Imagine.

Between now and December 31st, longtime friend and corporate donor, Amy Yin Interiors, will be matching all gifts up to $20,000. Please make a donation today and, to make your donation go further, inquire about matching gifts with your employer or HR department.
