Sign up today!  Classes just got underway and run through June 22nd; most classes are under $85 for a 12-week session.  New students are always welcome!

For the early birds try our 6:00 AM Boot Camp – a high intensity workout for core stabilization, toning and stamina. The class is designed to help increase metabolism and energy level.  Take this class 3 times a week and save!

Other offerings include Yoga, boxing (for men & women), volleyball, pickleball, evening body shaping, and more!  One of the most popular classes is Zumba® on Tuesday mornings.  Be creative and take art with our skilled instructors either Wednesday morning or evening.  No experience is necessary.
