To the Editor:
The Berkeley Heights Republican Municipal Committee is proud to share the endorsement of Bob Woodruff for Mayor and Jeanne Kingsley and Marc Faecher for Township Council by our New Jersey State Representatives. Municipal government is not about one single issue. There are many issues that a Mayor and Council must face each and every day. Bob, Jeanne and Marc believe in the importance of working together to build the future of Berkeley Heights, and they believe that each and every citizen is essential in that effort.
The support of and close relationship with our State Representatives ensures our voices are heard in Trenton and that we secure state funds available to help our town continue to grow and prosper. We need to get every bang for our buck at the County and State level, and Bob, Jeanne and Marc are determined and dedicated to making that happen. Please join us in voting for them Column B on November 4th. The polls are open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Thank you for your support in building a strong future for Berkeley Heights.
Heidi Cohen, Municipal Chair
"Bob Woodruff, Jeanne Kingsley and Marc Faecher have a strong vision of the future of Berkeley Heights and a firm commitment to its continued growth and development. They believe that good government is based on valued partnerships between citizens and their Representatives; between government and private business; between a township and its neighbors. They believe in mutual respect and encouraging diverse points of view so that good decisions are made. They understand that difficult financial times mean difficult choices and innovative approaches. They have the experience and expertise to evaluate the issues and make decisions. In short, they do the work and get things done. They are leaders, and leadership makes all the difference. We are proud to endorse and support them."
