Lantern Hill Retirement Community Opens Sales Office in New Providence

NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ – Lantern Hill, Erickson Living’s newest continuing care retirement community in northern New Jersey, opened a sales office at 603 Mountain Ave. in New Providence on Tuesday.

The 21-acre community, currently under construction, is scheduled to open in the fall of 2015.

“Our new sales team is very excited about introducing the best in retirement living options and amenities in northern New Jersey,” said Erickson Living Vice-President of Sales Beth Wolff. “There will be innovative floor plans, which include granite countertops, hardwood floors and Armstrong cabinetry. The community will have a variety of spacious one and two bedroom apartment homes available for customers to consider, and we can’t wait for them to explore all we have to offer.”

Lantern Hill Sales Counselor Kathy Banks said, “With five inter-connected buildings, including 275 newly designed spacious independent living apartments  and 85 continuing care residences, our community will also provide residents a chance to enjoy an indoor swimming pool, as well as restaurants and a fitness center. Our sales staff is ready to answer any questions the public may have about retirement living options at Lantern Hill.”
