One lucky participant in the Program will win a free rain barrel at the Kickoff Event, compliments of New Jersey American Water. The discounted price of $55 for a composter and $70 for a rain barrel is available to those who pre pay via the Order Form and are residents, community group members, and school teachers, etc. of the above municipalities. The program offers their residents, schools, and community organizations the opportunity to:

• purchase composters and rain barrels at deeply discounted prices

• have their purchases delivered FREE to a convenient pick up location in their area

• receive FREE lessons on composting and rain barrel use

• receive FREE composter/rain barrel accessories

At the Kick off Event, the public can come to pick up their pre paid composters and/ or rain barrels and the residents, community group members, and school teachers of the participating* municipalities can receive free lessons in composting and rain barrel use; in addition, free accessories come with pre paid orders.
