New LaBlast Fitness Dance with Chris D Begins at the Summit Area YMCA

Calling all dancers! LaBlast Fitness, a unique fitness/dance workout designed to help you get fit through dancing, has come to the Summit YMCA!

The Summit YMCA, a branch of the Summit Area YMCA, announces LaBlast Fitness with Chris D. This dynamic dance/fitness workout, founded by world-renowned dancer and fitness expert Louis van Amstel from Dancing with the Stars, is open to all levels, Thursdays, 5:30pm to 6:20pm through December 21.

LaBlast® takes you through a diverse mix of famous ballroom dances set to your favorite music, everything from pop and rock to hip-hop and country. Experience a full array of dance styles from Jive to Foxtrot and Viennese Waltz to Lindy Hop. Whether you want to tone your body, maintain a healthy lifestyle, learn to dance, or just have a great time you should give this class a try!
