New Massage Therapist Joins Sublime Salon and Day Spa in Berkeley Heights

BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ - Renee Ransdell recently joined the professional team as a massage therapist at Sublime Salon and Day Spa in Berkeley Heights .

Ransdell has been a licensed, certified Massage Therapist since 2012.  She graduated from Anthem Institute in Jersey City with a certificate in Holistic Massage Therapy.  She also is a certified Medical Massage Practitioner since 2015,  and a Certified Lypossage Practitioner – Zone I,II,III, since 2016.

Renee brings various technique modalities of therapeutic massage and bodywork including skills: Myofascial Manipulation Release, Neuromuscular Evaluation and low upper extremedy.  Postual Distortion and pain, sciatica, stress, sports massage, PTSD – overview.  Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue Therapy, Pre-natal, Swedish, Orthopedic, Chronic Pain.
