Nutrition Class Offered at Berkeley Heights YMCA

As a strong proponent for healthy living and wellness, the Summit Area YMCA believes that a well-balanced, nutritious diet plays a critical role in leading an active, healthy lifestyle.  You are what you eat so invest in yourself and letting the Y help you achieve your goals!

The Berkeley Heights YMCA is offering a 6-week interactive nutrition class led by Jessica, a Registered Dietician at the Stirling ShopRite. These sessions will help you make positive changes and incorporate healthy choices into your everyday routine using seasonal foods.
