Peace of Mind Yoga is thrilled to announce that we will be able to socially distance and safely practice yoga together on the beautiful serene beach of Lake Stirling.

Located in Long Hill, this secluded gem will be our safe space to practice and meditate on Sunday, August 16th at 8:45 am.
