Prepare for the Mother's Day 5K Run Walk

BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ - Get ready for the Annual Summit Area YMCA’s Mother’s Day 5K race in a FREE seven-week program designed to enhance running performance and technique, presented by Dr. Donald DeFabio, Chiropractic Sports Physician, Corrective Exercise Specialist. All ages and running levels from beginner to advanced are welcome.

Topics Include:

  • Proper warm up and cool down
  • Balance, agility and core stability
  • Injury prevention and recovery
  • Self-massage and foam roller instruction
  • Nutrition recommendations for runners
