Recreation adult summer session begins July 5th and registration remains open. Day and evening classes run through the end of August with fees ranging from $56 - $63.  All levels of fitness and those returning to exercise are welcome!

Programs are offered starting at 6AM.  “Fitness Challenge” one to three days a week with Mike Czech provides a high-intensity workout.  If you are seeking weight loss, core body strength and a toned physique this outdoor class is a good choice. Mike also teaches boxing to men and women on Tuesdays.  Other morning programs include Yoga at 7:30AM and at 9AM Zumba or pickleball.

In the evening, “Body Shaping” is offered at 7PM twice a week. Our instructor, Cyndi Giordano, demonstrates challenging techniques and also uses hand weights and bands to push you to greater fitness.  She will work with newcomers as well as those who routinely exercise. The other evening programs on the schedule include yoga classes and badminton.
