Sarah Hart is an award-winning songwriter who was nominated last year for a Grammy Award for Gospel Song of the Year for her recording of the Amy Grant hit, “Better than a Hallelujah.”  Her “Waiting for the Light” concert features original selections specifically chosen for the Advent season, including selections from her just-released album, “This Winter’s Eve.”

Hart will also lead “Daughters of God,” a morning of reflection for women, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the day of the concert. This morning event is sponsored by the St. Rose of Lima Ladies Auxiliary, and incorporates music, reflection and discussion as she explores our connection to the women of scripture.  This retreat is free and open to the public.  There will be a $10 charge for an optional lunch following the event.  For more information, please email SRLAdventRetreat@gmail.com.
