SOUTH ORANGE, NJ - Barnabas Health Hospice will present a screening of the Sundance Film Festival Award-winning documentary called ALIVE INSIDE: A Story of Music & Memory. See it 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 19 at the South Orange Performing Arts Center.

Filmmaker Michael Rossato-Bennett chronicles the experiences of individuals around the country who have been revitalized through the experience of listening to music.

This documentary follows social worker Dan Cohen, founder of the nonprofit organization Music & Memory.

Rossato-Bennett visits family members who have witnessed the effects of personalized music on their loved ones, and offers interviews with experts.

Proceeds benefit patients served by Barnabas Health Hospice.
