"Through experience and an evidence based approach, I have created the 3-4-5 12 on, 12 off mindful nutrition plan which is a good way to start your weight loss journey."

Dr. K said, the plan follows well-established nutrition guidelines and includes time restricted as well as mindful eating. But the plan is not a one size fits all approach and should be personalized to achieve your weight loss goals.
