BRIDGEWATER, NJ - Hot dogs and peanuts and crackerjacks -- baseball is in full swing and family and friends of the New Providence Lions Club enjoyed their second annual Lions New Providence Day at the Somerset Patriots baseball game this past Saturday.

Former Yankee and Owner/Manager of the Somerset Patriots Sparky Lyle was on hand to welcome Lions Club members and their families to the game. The New Providence Lions Club also received a big public welcome with their name in bright lights on the Jumbotron.

New Providence was represented well at the game with the New Providence Police Department Honor Guard presented the colors prior to the game.
