TAPinto: What year was your company founded? Did you found the company? Why did you choose to get involved in this business?

Lisa Plocinski: I founded my dog training business in 2015, and have been steadily growing my team and clientele.  After a long career in the pharmaceutical industry, I decided to turn my passion for dogs into a second career.  Being an avid dog lover, I became a certified professional dog trainer, and am also a CCI puppy raiser. I recently expanded my business to a much larger facility (three times bigger than my first) and am eager to continue serving my community by offering outstanding dog training services.

TAPinto: What is unique about your business?

Lisa Plocinski: As well as being the owner and lead trainer of my business, I am also a Canine Companion for Independence (CCI) puppy raiser. Along with my family I have raised seven puppies over the past 10 years.  These remarkable CCI dogs receive extensive training in order to serve people with disabilities.  The CCI program gave me the opportunity to experience first-hand the value of a well-trained dog.  This was my inspiration for opening a dog training facility allowing the average dog owner to not only have a dog, but a true companion that brings enrichment and enjoyment into their lives.

TAPinto:  What is most important for people to know about your business?

Lisa Plocinski: That all my trainers are certified professionals and we train by using positive re-enforcement techniques.

TAPinto: What sets you apart from your competition?

Lisa Plocinski: We only offer small class sizes allowing for personal attention to each dog and owner.  We have a large variety of class types as well as private training.
