CHATHAM, NJ - A beautiful fall day brought the opening of the annual pumpkin patch at the Presbyterian Church of Chatham Township! The patch features over 3,000 pumpkins and gourds of various sizes and colors. The pumpkins and gourds arrived Wednesday from the Navajo Agricultural Products Industry (NAPI) in Farmington, New Mexico. Net proceeds will benefit the Community Soup Kitchen and Outreach Center, Inc. of Morristown, and the Community FoodBank of New Jersey in Hillside.

The Pumpkin Patch will be open to the community each weekday from 2:00 - 6:00 p.m. The Patch will be open from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. during the weekends and will run through November 1st or until all of the last pumpkin is sold. Schools, early childhood programs and nursery schools are invited to come and may call the church office at 973-635-2340 to schedule a visit. We have just the right size pumpkins for little hands!
