Trilogy Repertory of Basking Ridge to Hold Auditions for 'Little Mermaid' Production

BERNARDS TWP., NJ - Auditions will be held in the next few weeks for local singers and thespians who wish to audition to be part of the cast in a summer production of Disney's "The Little Mermaid" in Basking Ridge. 

The production of the musical will be staged by Basking Ridge-based Trilogy Repertory Co., which each summer presents free outdoor plays at the township's amphitheater in Pleasant Valley Park.

Auditions are scheduled at the Bernards Township Community Center, 289 S. Maple Ave., in Basking Ridge.

Audition times on Sunday, April 29, are from 6 to 7:30 p.m. for ages 10 to 15, and at 7:30 p.m. for those age 16 and older.

All ages are welcome to audition from 7:30 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, May 2.

Those who are auditioning should come prepared with 16 bars of a song, ready to dance, and also to read from the script.

Prior to arriving, those auditioning are asked to check the audition page of Trilogy Repertory's website, and to scroll to the bottom to download and fill out the Trilogy Repertory Casting Sheet to bring along to the audition.

Performance dates for the musical are scheduled for July 13-14, 20-21 and 26-28.
