SUMMIT, NJ - In a program entitled, "Views, Votes and Trends in Presidential Politics," The League of Women Voters of Summit, Berkeley Heights, and New Providence will present Dr. Krista Jenkins, PhD, Professor of Political Science at Fairleigh Dickson University (FDU) and Executive Director of PublicMind, FDU's survey research center which conducts public interest and market research surveys.

The free, public event will take place in the Media Center at Summit High School September 27,  beginning at 7:30 p.m. Attendees will also be able to register to vote on site.

Jenkins holds a doctorate from Rutgers University and an undergraduate degree from UCLA. She is an elected official on her township’s Board of Education, and is the author of numerous articles and books, as well as a frequent broadcast and print commentator on politics in New Jersey. The presentation will see Jenkins expand on her interests in gender, youth, politics and American political behavior.
