Women's Health Awareness Event in New Providence November 6


NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ - Providence! Integrated Health & Fitness is hosting a Women's Health Awareness event at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 6 at their studio at 18 South St. in New Providence. The event is for both women and girls to join in a holistic day of health and wellness.

Along with the scheduled speakers, Providence! professionals will be on hand to offer massage therapy, local health professionals will discuss nutrition, stress management, meditation and the event will conclude with a special Restorative Yoga class by Sydney Davis and Providence!'s Restorative Yoga Teacher Laura Donath.

Pre-reservation is required by calling (908)898-0008 or stop by the studio at 18 South St., second floor in New Providence. Cost is $25 for members and $40 for non members.

Life Coach Sydney Davis of Let's rise fame and Girls on the Run, who will present the "Life Wheel" How well do you know yourself.

Director of New Jersey Massage Larry Heisler will present "Ten Things You Can Do To Dramatically Improve Your Health." Heisler is the Nutrition Consultant and Advisor at Providence!


Practitioner Marian Buck-Murray will help you tame your inner critic and release your creative genius through Emotional-Freeedom Technique (EFT).

Nurse midwife Linda Perry will discuss Infrared Thermography, a non-invasive alternative to mammography that detects cancerous cells as early as 8 years in advance and has no radiation effects.
