Tax time is the perfect chance to de-clutter and dispose of your unwanted paper and documents safely and securely at a spring Community Shred fundraiser to be held on Saturday, April 28 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Chatham Train Station parking lot in Chatham Borough.

All proceeds will benefit the Senior Center of the Chathams. The service is open to the public and participants do not need to be residents of Chatham.

Residents from Chatham and other surrounding towns are invited to participate, with a suggested minimum donation of $10 per small/medium cardboard box and $5 per brown paper grocery bag.  Paper clips and staples do not need to be removed.  Newspapers, magazines and paperback books will be accepted in addition to paper documents.
