BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ - On Sunday, June 9, 2019, the Berkeley Heights Business and Civic, in conjunction with the BH Recreation Department, will be hosting the inaugural Downtown Summer Block Party. 

Located on Springfield Ave., from 1 to 4 p.m., the Summer Block Party will be a showcase for all local restaurants, businesses, sports teams, non-profit organizations and service clubs.

Games, rides, activities, local cuisine, fun foods, performances and recreational activities will highlight a fun afternoon featuring the best of Berkeley Heights, recently named one of top towns to raise a family.

Open to the public, the Block Party is part of a Big Berkeley Heights weekend, following Saturday's Rotary Club Duck Festival at the Passaic County Park off Springfield Ave.,

If your organization would like to sponsor an activity or set up a booth to recruit new members or just educate, now is the time to reserve your spot on Springfield Ave. Local businesses are being sought for sponsorships for inflatable rides and activities. Click herepdf for more information. 

Join local businesses The Liberty Group, Delicious Heights, Derco Printing, Union County, Massage Envy, Smith Chiropractic and Taylor Rental Center as sponsors for this year's festivities. Proceeds will benefit the BH Recreation Department and first responder organizations in town. 

Berkeley Heights Business and Civic is an organization made up of local retail, service and professional businesses who are working hand in hand with local government for the benefit of all residents of Berkeley Heights. Networking, education and promoting the Berkeley Heights business community are organization objectives.
