Must be able to swim 4 lengths of the pool. Improve form and breathing technique. Intro to breaststrtoke and standing dives. Average 20-30 laps per class.

Adult Learn To Swim classes are free for Total Facility Members of The Connection. Baby-sitting is free and available for Total Facility Members. Drop in daily passes are available for $20 and includes use of the Fitness Center, pool and all adult fitness classes.
