Have your children join us for a meditation session designed especially for them. We want kids to be happy and healthy, now and for the rest of their lives. Teaching them about meditation and breathing techniques to calm anxiety and fears early would help them do just that. Please join us for a 30 minute kids meditation session. Ages 8+. Please pre-register.
