Berkeley Heights First

November 3, 2019

WE have a GREAT town, a town that I have supported tirelessly.  We all need to get involved, and I feel that leading by example is setting the BEST example.

The past three years, I have been your councilman and the council liaison for the Downtown Beautification Committee, Peppertown Park Committee, Veteran’s Memorial Park Committee, and the Commuter Task Force.  I am at every ...

Berkeley Heights First.

When we started this campaign 8 months ago, Manny and I knew what that motto meant to us. It meant putting our residents and their best interests first and above all politics. To us it is only about people and what’s best for this town.

For the past 8 months I have campaigned and knocked on thousands of doors and  spoken with thousands of residents. I have walked the walk. I ...

I am honored to be given this opportunity to serve on the Berkeley Heights Board of Education. I appreciate your confidence in me to do what’s in the best interest of our school district. I look forward to working ...

Berkeley Heights Raged against the Machine......now what?

The message with this election is that authenticity matters.  Voters on all sides scoffed at the idea that elections in Berkeley Heights could be bought.  Last year Republicans had a lesson to learn, this year it’s the Democrat’s turn.

Every single district. Every. Single. One. Rejected what has been occurring in our community for the last three years.

District 1 ...

Thank you for Your Support

We would like to thank everyone for their support and caring so deeply about Berkeley Heights.  We are proud to be a part of this wonderful community.  Manny is honored to continue to serve you as Councilman, and Gentiana is thrilled to join the Town Council team and work on behalf of the residents.

We appreciate the efforts of Julie Figlar and Rina Franchino.

Om About Yoga

In the 2017 National Health Interview Survey (NHIS) the number of American adults participating in yoga grew from 9.5% in 2012 to 14.3% in 2017. There’s Bikram, Hatha, Iyengar, and yes, even goat yoga. It can be overwhelming trying to decide if yoga is right for you. You may even question if it’s safe or you may have a health condition and are wondering if you can still ...

Mayor’s Corner: Municipal Complex Edition; Week Ending November 8, 2019

Temperatures have fallen in the last few days and winter is upon us. Despite the cold, we are fortunate that progress has continued on the municipal complex. As an outdoor runner, I have enjoyed watching the building seemingly and magically rising out of the north. You can get a great view of the construction driving, biking or walking down Sherman Avenue adjacent to the train station parking ...
