NJ Audubon: Turkey Talk

NJ Audubon: Turkey Talk
Family Program presented by Dorothy Smullen, Teacher Naturalist

Wild turkeys are interesting birds. Ben Franklin wanted the turkey to be our national bird. After a short program, we will make turkey sounds with a caller, look at turkey feathers and structures. Weather permitting, we will take a walk to look for turkey food. Children will create a pine-cone turkey for the holiday table.

$6 per member child; $10 per non-member child. Limited to 15.
