BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ - Santa will be visiting Berkeley Heights from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, December 7 at the Town Hall located at 29 Park Avenue.
Bring the kids to meet, talk with and even have their photo taken with Santa. Don't forget to have the children write their letters to Santa for drop off that day. Santa's mailbox will be outside the front doors of the Police Department.
The excitement will continue later that evening with the 5th Annual Winter Walk from 3 to 6 p.m. followed by the Berkeley Heights Recreation Special Events Tree Lighting and arrival of Santa on the Fire Truck, which will take place at Peppertown Park. Immediately following the Tree Lighting will be an incredible fireworks display, generously donated to the Township by Garden State Fireworks.
Complimentary hot cocoa and cookies will be served by the BHEA during the Tree Lighting.
The Santa visit, Tree Lighting and Fireworks is presented by the Berkeley Heights Recreation Department's Special Events Committee.
Thanks to the sponsorship of many Berkeley Heights businesses, a winter wonderland of fun will be created through downtown Berkeley Heights along Springfield Avenue at the 5th Annual Winter Walk.
Springfield and Sherman avenues will be closed between Snyder and Plainfield avenues from 2 to 7 p.m. There will be a trolley service from Columbia Middle School to Springfield Avenue starting at 2:30 p.m. and will run until 7:00 p.m.
The 5th annual Winter Walk includes a schedule of entertainment, fun attractions and give aways for the whole family to enjoy. Visit the event website for full list of sponsors, participants and attractions. Maps are available at participating businesses and will be available that evening.

The goal of the Berkeley Heights Winter Walk is to give back to the community by creating a festive, welcoming atmosphere in the downtown area, fully funded and hosted by the Berkeley Heights Business Community.
