Councilwoman Jeanne Kingsley and Council candidate Jeff Varnerin are helping small business owners in Berkeley Heights by connecting them with State of New Jersey Officials.  On Monday May 11, 2020 Kingsley and Varnerin arranged a conference call with small business owners and Assembly Jon Bramnick to give hands on help to navigate the unemployment system and PPP application process guidance as well as to discuss plans to reopen the state.

“It is great to have our State leaders willing to take time out of their day to talk to small business owners and help them any way they can,” said Councilwoman Jeanne Kingsley. “I feel for the small businesses and worry that some won’t survive this pandemic.”

“Jon Bramnick arranged for experts in NJ unemployment to be on the call so small businesses could get their questions answered immediately,” said Varnerin.  “We are in this together so now is the time for everyone to come together to help our small business owners.”
