ELIZABETH, NJ - The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) for Union County, NJ, hosted by Jewish Family Service of Central NJ(JFS) is currently recruiting for more volunteers to help with various programs.

Volunteer Information Sessions will take place:

  • Thursday, September 12th & Wednesday, September 25th

10 AM – 11 AM at the JFS Halpern Building, 655 Westfield Avenue, Elizabeth

  • Tuesday September 10th and Tuesday September 24 ,  11 AM- 12 PM, at Track Five Coffee, 5 Eastman Street, Cranford

The RSVP Program engages people 55+ to volunteer their services to meet critical community needs and provide a rewarding experience that will enrich the lives of volunteers. Volunteer opportunities run the gamut from packing and delivering emergency food packages, visiting homebound seniors, tutoring school aged children, assisting with GED/ESL programs, helping with Union County Community programs and many more events.
