BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ —Local businesses Excel Orthopedic Physical Therapy and Massage Envy will join more than 2000 spas, salons, yoga studios, fitness clubs, and sport associations worldwide in celebrating the 3rd annual World Wellness Weekend—an international event dedicated to helping people adopt healthier lifestyles. 

On Saturday, September 21st and Sunday, September 22nd from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM, residents can stop by the Berkeley Heights Shopping Plaza on Springfield Avenue to take advantage of complimentary health and wellness services and demonstrations.

Excel Orthopedic Physical Therapy (410A Springfield Avenue) will be offering functional movement screens, modality treatments, and 10-minute stretching sessions. Experienced physical therapists and sports injury specialists will be on hand to provide consultations for any injuries or ailments. Neighboring business Massage Envy (404 Springfield Avenue) will offer complimentary skin care analysis, a 10-minute trial of Rapid Tension Relief, or a 10-minute trial of Total Body Stretch. 

While appointments are not required, those tight on time can request a time slot online through the World Wellness Weekend website.
