BLOOMFIELD, NJ--Bloomfield High School is turning the tables....or desks by hosting a Parent Academy on March 28th at 6:00 pm. The theme of the event is "parents as partners". This is an adult only program open to 8th-12th grade parents where each participant has the opportunity to enroll in 2 courses that are being offered by Bloomfield High School staff or by members of the Bloomfield community. Classes include Chromebook Info, Money Management, College Application Process and Getting Through to Teens as well as many more.
If you have a small child at home and need childcare while you attend the classes, onsite babysitting is available at the high school for toddlers through those in grade 5. The evening will include refreshments as well as giveaways. There is detailed information on the BHS website regarding this event. Attendees will also have a chance to win VIP access to the BHS Graduation Ceremony.
