NEW YORK, NY - Anthony's Cheesecake, on Washington St. in Bloomfield Center, is the winner of a national 'Corner Stories' promotion. The promotion, created by Screenvision Media, will feature a profile of Anthony's in the pre-show portion of major motion picture showings from today through August.

"We know the immense impact small businesses make on communities across the country and are excited to be able to share their stories on the national stage."
Anthony Lauro and Philip Byrne opened their local cheesecake shop nine years ago in are of Bloomfield that was ripe for redevelopment. The Anthony's Cheesecake team supports the community with fundraisers and charity dinners.

All nominations were reviewed by Screenvision Media's Reel Local Advisory Panel judges, including Greg Grunberg, actor, podcast host and entrepreneur, Clint Wisialowski, vice president of sales, Marcus Theatres, and Russell Allen, vice president of operations, Allen Theatres.
