BLOOMFIELD, NJ - Brookdale ShopRite donated $25,000 to the Foley Field Foundation as the Board of Education recognized Brookdale ShopRite as the concession area sponsor for the new multipurpose building. The donation was presented at the December 13 BOE meeting.

The donation will cover necessary equipment, fit-out, construction, and recognition costs along with a portion going to offset part of the overall construction budget.

"This is another tremendous step forward in our efforts to provide the people and children of Bloomfield with a premier multipurpose building at Foley Field." said Foley Field Foundation president Mike Napolitano. " We are very grateful to Brookdale ShopRite for their extreme generosity toward this vitally important component of the project. We also commend the Bloomfeld Board of Education and Township of Bloomfield on their continued historic and unparalleled cooperation in support of the ongoing revitalization of Foley Field" Napolitano continued.
