Haunted Red Mill Returns for Its 29th Year with ”Creatures of The Night” Oct. 11-26

This year’s Haunted Red Mill theme is “Creatures of The Night” – journey deep into our dark and smoke filled maze and come face to face with horrific creatures that only come out in the dark. Enter if you dare, but will you make it out with all your body parts still attached?  Venture through our maze, terror trail, haunted hayride, and vortex before facing the final scares in our famous Red Mill. As always you’ll encounter new surprises along the way! Tickets can be purchased at the gate.  The box office is open on the night of the performance from 5pm to 10pm and the attraction opens after dark at approximately 7:30pm. If you purchase a ticket by 10PM and are online you are guaranteed passage into TERROR!   WE DO NOT SELL OUT.

Back by popular demand is “Beyond the Fear” a behind the curtain look at how this popular event comes together on Thursday night October 17 & 24.  Take a guided tour backstage at the Haunted Red Mill. The FEAR flaps will be pulled back and you’ll be able to find out how various scares, frights and illusions are done.  How we make our guests scream with dread and go running to save themselves each Friday and Saturday Night.

For the 5rd year The Mill will also have its Happy Haunt for the children and less adventurous adults.  It is kid friendly so the lights are on and a no scare activity run from 10 am – 1 pm on Saturdays only 10/12. 19 & 26.  The event includes a hayride, face painting, cider and snack.

The kid favorite Red Mill TRUNK or Treat is back, on October 13, from 11AM-3PM.  Bring the kids, bring the family BRING THE CANDY.  Dr. D will be providing entertainment there will be games and activities for the children and rumor has it there may be some pumpkin chunking.

The Mill is 100% non-profit and a 501c3 charitable organization.  The Haunted Red Mill is its biggest fund raising activity each year.  It is 100% volunteer.  There are no paid actors!  Volunteers help build and decorate the Haunted Village, work on costumes, special effects make up and scare you on the weekends.  It is an amazing community activity.

The Red Mill is located at 56 Main Street in Clinton. This year we open on Friday, October 11th, and continue on Friday and Saturday Nights on October 11, 12, 18, 19, 25 & 26.  Come out and see if you can survive the “Creatures of The Night”!
