BLOOMFIELD, NJ - Jenny Mundell will represent Bloomfield's First Ward following a special meeting of the Bloomfield Township Council. The first ward seat was vacated earlier this month when Elias Chalet resigned his position.

"I am honored to have this opportunity to serve in public office and represent not just the first ward, but the entirety of this diverse and vibrant community that I have chosen to call home." Mundell told TAPinto Bloomfield.

"I am humbled by the faith the mayor, council, and committee have demonstrated they have in me to take on this great responsibility.  I promise to advocate for the first ward, serve with decorum and integrity, and do my part to keep Bloomfield moving forward." Mundell is passionate about several issues affecting the township including access to public resources, continuing to develop the downtown area and keeping property taxes stable.
