MONTCLAIR, NJ - Walter Blenman has been selected as the Executive Director of HOMECorp, announced the Board of Directors. He will begin his post on January 3, 2017.
He will be replacing Beverly Riddick who stepped down in April after 20 years with the organization.
During the long expansive search, Julie Cerf served as Interim Executive Director from May until the end of December.

Blenman's accomplishments include a 20-year career as the Executive Director of Beulah HFDC Inc. In this position he grew the organization from 2 developments with 7 buildings and 138 units totaling $11M in assets to 11 developments with 34 buildings and 586 units totaling $118.5M in assets.
In a statement released, Blenman noted, "After spending nearly twenty years of my career in the development and management of affordable housing in NYC, I am excited to finally be able to do the same in New Jersey, in my own backyard.
