Bloomfield, NJ - Essex County Executive Joseph N. DiVincenzo, Jr. (fifth from left) announced on Thursday, April 27th that the replacement of the Hoover Avenue Bridge in Bloomfield was completed. This is part of the County Executive's ongoing initiative to modernize infrastructure so that roads, bridges and intersections meet changing demands and provide safe conditions for pedestrians and motorists.
