BLOOMFIELD, NJ-- The Bloomfield Parks, Recreation & Cultural Affairs Department is excited about Read Across America Week. To celebrate they are teaming up with the Bloomfield Public Library and the Bloomfield Children's Library to offer a FREE kick off event on Saturday, February 29th starting at 8:45am at the Civic Center. Children will receive a light breakfast, participate in a Dr. Seuss themed arts & craft project and listen to a live reading of the Cat in the Hat!
