BLOOMFIELD – The Green at Bloomfield is now leasing in the new Bloomfield Center. The new community features studio, one and two bedroom apartments on the site of the former “Annie Sez Building.” The Green was developed by BNE, a Livingston based company.

“After months of anticipation, it’s extremely exciting to open our doors to the long list of people who’ve expressed interest in The Green’s unparalleled apartments and unique set of upscale amenities,” BNE Real Estate Group Partner Jonathan Schwartz said. “The building promises to be a centerpiece for a new era in Bloomfield, as the township continues to evolve into one of the region’s most sought-after transit hubs.”

Bloomfield is one of only two New Jersey towns that still have a colonial green – the other is Morristown. The Green residences are located across Broad Street from the historic green.
