BLOOMFIELD, NJ - The Bloomfield Police Department arrest two men this morning in connection with the attempted burglary of vehicles on North 17th Street Bloomfield. 

Officers in Bloomfield PD's Anti-Crime Unit were patrolling in the area of North 17th Street when they came upon three men standing alongside a parked vehicle. One of the males knelt down near the passenger side door. Due to the number of thefts from motor vehicles in the area, officers approached the parties to conduct a field interview. The three males fled on foot.

Bloomfield Police Officers apprehended two of the actors after a brief chase. The suspects were in possession of property stolen from several parked vehicles in Bloomfield. The investigation is continuing as the third suspect remains at large

Joshua Rosario, 21,  of Newark was arrested and charged with Burglary, Three counts of theft, receiving stolen property and possession of CDS. Justin Segura, 20, also of Newark was arrested and charged with two counts of receiving stolen property
