Monday, Dec. 12

If you’re in the mood for dancing and snacking, visit the Rutgers Salsa Club’s ugly sweater party at 9 p.m. in the College Avenue gym annex. The group’s final practice of the semester includes a prize for the person who wears the most mind-numbingly ugly holiday sweater.

Tuesday, Dec. 13

Here’s a chance to learn how to stay productive over holiday break—and, if you’re so inclined, smoosh a pie against someone’s face. The RU chapter of the Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda is hosting a discussion at 9:50 p.m. in Tillett Hall, room 242, about how to stay busy through work, research and travel. The group will serve snacks, and attendees can pay to pie a board member.

Rutgers women’s basketball team will duke it out with Seton Hall at 7 p.m. in the RAC. Tickets are free for students.

Wednesday, Dec. 14

Catch some tunes at the university choir’s fall 2016 concert, which will be held at 7:30 p.m. in the Kirkpatrick Chapel. This is the group’s first show under the leadership of Reid Masters, so be sure to see what he and his students have up their sleeves. Student tickets are $5, while seats for adults, alumni and RU employees cost $10. Adults must pay $15.

If you’re more of a sports fan, watch Rutgers men’s basketball team face Farleigh Dickinson at 7 p.m. in the RAC. Tickets are free for students.

Thursday, Dec. 15

Those who are wound up after weeks of preparing for final exams might like this one. Take a breather during Comfort Zone, a relaxing event at The RutgersZone featuring snuggle sessions with puppies and kittens, coloring books and a smorgasbord of free, delicious food. (They’ll even have a mashed potato bar.)

Of course, you can always opt to sweat out your stress. Rutgers Recreation is holding a free “Twilight Yoga” session from 5-6 p.m. in the College Avenue gym. The class will even with guided meditation.

Friday, Dec. 16

Just because snowflakes are starting to fall doesn’t mean you can’t get fresh produce and artisanal products. The Rutgers Gardens Farm Market is scheduled for 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Hort Farm No. 1, off Ryders Lane. All are welcome.

Saturday, Dec. 17

There’s nothing like a good game of hoops. Rutgers women’s basketball team will attempt to crush Temple at 2 p.m. in the RAC. Tickets are free for students.

Sunday, Dec. 18

Cap the week by taking a trip to the city to watch Rutgers men’s basketball team battle Fordham at 1 p.m. in Madison Square Garden.
