Pomares: Honored to be elected 5th District Freeholder in Essex County

I am honored to have been elected 5th District Freeholder in Essex County.

As I have done as Councilman in Bloomfield, I pledge to create a positive and inclusive work atmosphere so together we can achieve our many goals on behalf of the community.

Among the many priorities, I will work diligently with both County and Municipal leaders on fiscal matters, public safety, smart development and continue to serve as a strong advocate for the arts and cultural affairs.
