Atlantic Health System’s Goryeb Children’s Hospital and Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum

As part of its commitment to supporting the fight against pediatric cancer, the New York Jets and Atlantic Health System are teaming up to provide children who are undergoing or have completed treatment at Goryeb Children's Hospital with a special draft experience. The New York Jets will also be live from the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum in New York City during day three of the NFL Draft. The museum is centered on the legendary WWII-era aircraft carrier Intrepid, a National Historic Landmark, and is celebrating the 75thanniversary of the ship’s commissioning in 2018. The VGo Robot allows children with extended illnesses, immune deficiencies and other challenges the ability to participate in social experiences remotely, from a hospital bed or home.

Additional children who are undergoing or have completed treatment will assist with announcing the Jets pick from Intrepid’s flight deck, where they will be joined by Jets Legend Marty Lyons.

For more information on how to help the Jets and Atlantic Health System fight pediatric cancer please go to AtlanticHealth.org/Jets.
